I've been using the 3500 as a document stamp for a while now it's very easy and simple to use. The ribbon lasted over a year of heavy use which is a lot better than other options I've used. Well worth the money and saved me a lot of time

I wanted to leave a review somewhere after stellar customer service.  The rep walked me through everything at my pace and was very polite and respectful. Good kudos is in order after going above and beyond your job, so thank you so much! I am very happy with my purchase.

This company has awful customer service. We have been using their time tracks hardware and software for 3 years in our 5 retail stores.  The system works pretty good but if your computer crashes the software will not reload and it is hell to get going again.  We have lost days worth of time punches trying to get it going.

You would think a company would stand behind its products. I know we do but not this company.  You call them for help and all they do is ask you for money.  I have 5 valid licenses with this company and that seems to be worth less to them cause all they want to do is make me pay $100 a year for support, per license.  So $500 a year just to support your product.  Ridicules!

Now the most recent problem is our install CD is a 3 hour drive from my shop at another shop and we need it to reinstall. So I called their customer service line and as usual I got their awful customer service demanding more money for any help.  All I wanted was a download link to download software I have already bought 5 times!  Well they wanted me to pay another $100.  For a download link?

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I'd be surprised if they stay in business long.

I completely agree with the previous review, we recently bought a time buzzer system and while it works ok manually, the software is horrible to try to install, requiring the creation of user groups, administrator permissions, uninstalling drivers that the disc automatically installs and having to get updated drivers from the website from a brand new system - ridiculous. Plus every time i contact them for support they just say it isnt their problem its the computer, yet ive tried it on 4 different computers and i get the same error, returning the product, good riddance
